2-Sunday : Casablanca – Fez (320 km)
Visit of the Economic Capital: The Central Market, the Habous district, the Royal
Palace, the Mohamed V square, the residential area of Anfa and the outside of the
Mosque Hassan II. Departure to Meknes. Optional lunch. Then visit of the Ismailia
capital, which has the longer ramparts in Morocco (40 km): the famous Bab
Mansour gate, the Royal Stables and the Jewish quarter. Continuation to Fez.
Dinner and accommodation.
3-Monday : Fez
The whole day is devoted to the visit of the spiritual capital, the Medieval
Medina, Attarine or Bou Anania Medersa, the Nejjarine fountain, the Moulay
Idriss mausoleum and the outside Karaouine Mosque. Typical lunch (optional) in a traditional restaurant located in the heart of Medina. Afternoon, continuation of the visit of the souks and Fez Jdid. Dinner & accommodation at hotel.
4-Tuesday : Fez – Rabat - Marrakech (495 km)
Departure to the holy city of Moulay Driss and the ruins of Volubilis, the Roman City. Then to Rabat, the Administrative Capital Visit of the Royal Palace (Mechouar), the Ouadayas Garden & Kasbah, the Mohamed V Mausoleum, the Hassan Tower Mosque. Fish lunch (optional). Continuation to Marrakesh using the high-way. Check-in, dinner and accommodation.
5-Wednesday : Marrakech
Full day visit of Marrakech, the second oldest Imperial city called «the pearl of the south".The historical sightseeing includes the Menara Garden, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia and The Dar Si Said Museum. Lunch at the hotel. Afternoon, visit of the souks and handicraft quarters, then visit of the famous Jemaa el-Fna
Square with its non stop entertainment.
Optional : Typical dinner under Caïdal tents at the famous "Chez Ali” restaurant, enhanced by the performance of several folkloric troops Representing different Moroccan regions.
6-Thursday : Marrakech-Ouarzazate-Zagora (380 km)
Departure to Ait Benhaddou through Tizi N’tichka pass (2260m of altitude). Visit of the famous kasbah used for many great movies. This Kasbah is UNESCO Heritage Lunch (optional) on the spot facing the Kasbah. Continuation to Zagora crossing the Draa valley. Dinner & accommodation at the hotel.
7-Friday : Zagora -Nkob-Tazzarine-Erfoud (300km)
Departure to Tamgroute, visit of the Pottery Center. Departure to Erfoud, through Tansikht and Nkob where splendid sceneries of presaharian and Berber villages. Lunch (optional) at Tazzarine, small Berber village. Afternoon, continuation to Erfoud via the villages of Alnif and Rissani, birthplace of the present Alaouites Dynasty. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Optional: 4x4 Excursion to Merzouga dunes for sunset or sunrise or with dinner and overnight in bivouac.
