1) Our rates are net in USD (Subject to change)
2) Reservations and confirmations from both sides to be made written by E-mail.
3) Hotels for Regular Tours are given as a simple indication. They can be replaced by others of the same category or upgraded. if necessary . No refund will be given in such case.
4) The classification of the chosen category of hotels is done by the hotels themselves and Intraplan cannot be held responsible if a client does not agree on this classification. No hotel change or compensation can be obtained.
5) Half-board of our tours starts with dinner at the hotel of the first day and finishes with breakfast of the last day.
6) During the high season: itinerary of our tours could be reversed if necessary but with the total respect of the initial program including visits and services.
7) Guidance: all our tours are run by bilingual speaking guide during the whole tour when booked.
8) Transfers : As per the itineraries if offered.
9) Hotel allocations: Please let us have your needs of allocations in the hotels foreseen for our tours .
10) Pre and/or post stay: transfers will be charged on extra for all pre & post stays booked directly by clients.
11) Children rates: Are base on hotels policies and will be offered if available.
12) Triple room: is a twin + one foldable bed. The 3rd person will possibly get a discout when and if available.
13) Payment: has to be done according to specific agreement.
14) Cancellations must be made by e-mail with the following applied cancellation fees : Will vary depending on hotels cancelation policy.
15) Claim: should reach our office in written by e-mail not later than 15 days after the end of the tour.
16) Extras Any service not confirmed by Ibreaplan and order on the spot such as mini bar, meals à la carte, telephone, room service etc... has to be paid directly by clients
17) Interruption if any client wants to shorten his stay while he is on the tour for any personal reason , no compensation or refund will be obtained
18) Liability :
- Intraplan acts as an intermediary agent between guests and all suppliers for the services listed in our program, and has no responsibility in case of accidents, injury, loss or theft of any client’s luggage . If any of these problems occur Intraplan cannot be held responsible but will assist guests as much as possible .
- Intraplan cannot be held responsible of airlines’ delay or changes of their schedule or missing of connecting flights .
19) Insurance : Although all suppliers have an insurance for the services they provide, we strongly recommend that all participants should be advised to make an additional travel insurance covering all risks Professional Liability Insurance that Intraplan can contract for them at an additional fees determined according to the services required.
20) Litigation :
In case of Litigation, the situation will be referred to the courts of the State of New York City.
