General Terms and Conditions
Reservations and Payments: A deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of reservation. Full balance of payment is required 120 days prior to departure date. All payments must be made to our Paypal account when you receive your invoice.
Cancellations and Refunds: Air: Once an airline ticket has been issued, there is a $50 per person administrative fee, plus the applicable airline cancellation penalty. Land and Cruise: All cancellations must be received in writing and are effective at date of receipt. Cancellation charges are as follows: For cancellations more than 121 days before departure: $25 per person. For cancellations 120 – 100 days before departure: 10% of land price and cruise price. For cancellations 99 – 60 days before departure: 35% of land price and cruise price. For cancellations 59 – 30 days before departure: 50% of land price and cruise price. For cancellations received less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the land price and cruise price. There is no refund for no-shows and for cancellations after the start of the land/cruise. There is no refund for unused services, or if portions of the land arrangements are missed. If you cancel your land/cruise after you have received your air tickets, you must return all documents before we can process any refund due. A Travel Protection Plan is available and is strongly recommended.
Prices: Prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Prices and offers in this brochure are in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Air Taxes: U.S. departure tax, US customs and security charges, airfare taxes and facility charges of approximately $160 per person will be added to your invoice.
Itineraries: Deviations to the planned itineraries are possible, although every effort will be made to keep them as they are presented. In addition, we reserve the right to revise itineraries or hotels due to conditions beyond our control, and any such change will not result in eligibility for refund. We also reserve the right to cancel, advance or postpone any scheduled tour and may, but are not obligated to, substitute another vessel and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to passengers by reason of any such cancellation, advancement or postponement.
Omissions: Intraplan is not responsible for omissions, printing and/or presentation errors in brochure, on Internet sites or any other media where such information may be presented, and reserve the right to make corrections as required.
The purchase of travel insurance is mandatory and is your own responsibility.
Liability Exclusions: Intraplan (hereinafter referred to as the Tour Operator) is responsible for making the arrangements for the tours and events offered in this website. The responsibility of the Tour Operator and/or its representatives and/or its agents is limited. The Tour Operator acts only as an agent for the passenger or tour participants in all matters connected with the tour transportation, hotel & dining services, sightseeing tours and other services. For the cruise part of the journey, it is the Ship owner’s Terms and Conditions or Carriage that apply. It is specifically agreed that this agreement is entered into in the New York City, County of Queens, New York and that in the event of any legal or equitable action be initiated, it is specifically agreed that the exclusive venue of such action shall be solely in the city of New , New York, USA
