Start in Cairo, where the bustling streets pulse with life amidst ancient wonders like the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Then, travel to the serene banks of the Nile, where the High Dam and Philae Temple offer insights into modern engineering and ancient worship. Boarding a Nile cruise, the river becomes a conduit through history, stopping at temples such as Kom Ombo and Edfu, adorned with hieroglyphs and monumental columns. The Valley of the Kings, where tombs of pharaohs whisper secrets of dynasties past, while the sprawling Karnak Temple complex illuminates the grandeur of ancient Egyptian architecture. Conclude your journey in Hurghada, where the Red Sea's turquoise waters invite exploration of vibrant coral reefs and the tranquil environment offers the calm experience of relaxation!
 
 
Day 1, Wed: Cairo
After arrival formalities, meet your guide who will escort you in a luxury A/C vehicle to your chosen hotel. On route you will be given all the practical information about your tour. Check in and relax. This evening, possibility to take an optional excursion to a Sound & Light show in the Pyramids area. [B]

Day 2, Thu: Cairo (Giza)
We will start the day with a visit to one of the only remaining Seven Wonders of the Ancient World: The Amazing Pyramids of Giza! Here your guide will reveal to you the mysteries of these amazing monuments and tell you about the secrets behind the inscrutable Sphinx. Return to hotel with the afternoon at your leisure. [B]
Option: Excursion to Memphis & Saqqara
In the afternoon, take an excursion to Memphis, one of the oldest and most important religious cities of Lower Egypt, to visit its open-air museum which testifies to the importance of this ancient city. Then onwards to Saqqara, the necropolis reconstructed to its original state and site to the very first pyramidal constructions, including Djoser's famous Step Pyramid

Day 3, Fri: Cairo, Aswan     
After breakfast, you’ll be driven to the airport to board your flight to Aswan. On arrival meet your guide who, on the way to your cruise, will take you to visit the High Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk in the granite quarries, where you will discover the ingenious method used by the ancient Egyptians to cut the stone for the obelisks. Check into the cruise boat for embarkation and lunch on board. In the afternoon, enjoy a gentle sail around the Nile Cataracts on a Felucca and see the Elephantine Island and the Mausoleum of Aga Khan. Return to the boast for dinner on board. [B/L/D]

Day 4, Sat: Aswan, Kom Ombo  
Free morning to relax, enjoy life in Aswan or take one of the optional tours. In the Afternoon you will sail around the Nile Cataracts on a Felucca and see the Elephantine Island and the Mausoleum of Aga Khan. Explore Nubian culture further on this excursion to a nearby Nubian Village, where you can admire its vibrant, brightly colored houses and bustling village market. Meet a local Nubian family in their home, where you can enjoy traditional coffee or hibiscus tea. Return to the boat for dinner on board. [B/L/D]
Option: Temple of Ramses II in Abu Simbel
Those wishing to get up very early in the morning (3:00 am) have the opportunity of an immersive experience in pharaonic Egypt during this optional trip to Abu Simbel*.  Pick-up your picnic breakfast box and take a trip through the Nubian Desert, the most eastern of the Sahara desert, until you reach Lake Nasser. Here Rameses II built his greatest temple, raised as a demonstration of his power after the victory at the Battle of Kadesh. The Temple of Abu Simbel, carved into the mountainside and presided over by 65-foot-tall statues of the pharaoh is an astonishing vision! After the visit of the temples dedicated to Rameses II and his wife Nefertari, return to Aswan for a lunch on board.
Option: Visit to the Temple of Isis
After breakfast, take an optional tour to The Temple of Isis in Aswan, also known as Philae Temple, a majestic ancient Egyptian temple complex situated on an island in the Nile River. The temple is renowned for its beautifully preserved reliefs and structures, reflecting the Ptolemaic and Roman periods of Egyptian history. Visitors to the temple can explore its courtyards, sanctuaries, and hypostyle halls adorned with intricate carvings depicting mythological scenes and religious rituals dedicated to Isis.

Day 5, Sun: Kom Ombo, Edfu, Luxor  
This morning, after a quick transfer, we arrive at the Edfu temple, dedicated to the avenging Sky God Horus, considered to be the best-preserved temple in all of Egypt and the site of the battle between warring Gods Horus and Seth. Lunch on board as we continue to sail up the Nile towards the lock at Esna. Take advantage of the lazy afternoon on board to watch the Nile, known as the Father of Rivers, which waters give life to over 80% of the Egyptian population. Arrival to Luxor late afternoon and visit the Temple of Luxor where Alexander the Great was crowned king of Egypt. Dinner on board. [B/L/D]

Day 6, Mon: Luxor, Thebes, Hurghada
We start the morning by traveling to the Valley of the Kings to visit three of the amazing decorated tombs before continuing through the valley to Deir el-Bahri to visit the temple dedicated to Egypt’s only female pharaoh, Queen Hatshepsut. On our way to Thebes, we mke a photo stop at the Colossi of Memnon. Finally. we visit the stunning Karnak complex, Egypt’s largest religious compound. In the afternoon we’ll take a 4-hour drive through the desert to Hurghada, the famous Red Sea resort known for its white sandy beaches, amazing turquoise sea and home to an amazing variety of marine flora and fauna which attracts divers from all over the world. Check-in, dinner and overnight at the resort. [B/D]

Days 7 & 8, Tue, Wed: Hurghada (Red Sea)
Enjoy breakfast and dinner in the hotel. During these 2 days, relax by the crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea at an all-inclusive resort, recoup from your busy life and take advantage of the Egyptian hospitality. Make the most of your days in the  wonderful resort: Sunbathe by the pool, relax at one of the many bars or take part in the optional activities like a submarine tour to see the amazing coral reefs, watch the sea turtles, and marvel at the amazing sea life using the submarine’s personal round viewing windows allowing an unparalleled glimpse into the underwater paradise of the Red Sea. Dinner and overnight in hotel [B/L/D]


Day 9, Thu: Hurghada, Cairo  
At the appointed time, you’ll be driven to the airport to take your flight to Cairo. On arrival, you’ll be met and transferred to the hotel. Rest of say at your leisure. [B]
Option: Sightseeing of Old Cairo
This afternoon you may enjoy an optional excursion to visit Old Cairo, the medieval heart of the city with its walled Citadel, Alabaster Mosque and, of course, its most famous Bazar Khan EL Khalili.

Day 10, Fri: Cairo (Treasures of the City)
Dedicated the morning to visit the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, an amazing collection of artefacts covering over 5,000 years of history and showing us the incredible artistic talents of the ancient Egyptians. Free afternoon to enjoy Cairo on your own. In the evening you’ll be picked-up for a farewell sail along the Nile aboard a Pharoah’s cruise boat. Enjoy dinner while drifting past the amazing Cairo Skyline. After dinner, see a show of the typical Tanoura spinning dances before being driven back to the hotel for overnight. [B/D]

Day 11, Sat: Cairo, USA
Breakfast in the hotel. At the designated time, transfer to the airport to take the flight back home. [B]
